My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The room we were given was dusty and poorly maintained, feeling more like a budget motel than a four-star accommodation. We ended up skipping breakfast since it looked stale and unappetizing. The only glimmer of hope was the staff, who were nice but didn't make up for the overall lack of quality. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you're traveling without knowledge of German.
